    Brief Description
 
This presentation has three objectives: (1) Discuss the differential diagnosis and importance of a timely evaluation of the neonate with bilious emesis and possible bowel obstruction; (2) Introduce surgical management options in the treatment of Hirschsprung’s disease; (3) Discuss possible sequelae of Hirschprung’s disease including enterocolitis and refractory constipation; outline treatment options.
