    Brief Description

This video shows that elevated intracellular calcium inhibits motility and alters cell morphology of murine hen egg lysozyme (HEL)-restricted 1E5 T cells. In this experiment, 1E5 cells were cultured for 4-12 hours and then loaded for 1 hour at 2toC with 3 uM fura-PE3/AM. Experiments were performed on a Zeiss Axiovert 35 microscope equipped with a heated stage maintained at 358C and a custom-designed beam-splitter.
