ABOUT:
Nick Shroff is the Director of Midland Urology Center since 1980. He has served in various leadership roles at Midland Memorial Hospital, including Chief of Staff, and a member of the Board of Trustees for five years. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at the Physicians & Surgeons Hospital.

Dr. Shroff has been active in organized medicine for many years, serving as president of the Midland County Medical Society in 1985-86 and president of the Indo-American Physicians society (TIPS) in 1989 and 1990. He was elected as president of the Indian American Urological Assoc, 2004-2006. He served on the TMA Board of Councilors for ten years and was the chair of the Constitution and By-laws committee. He has chaired TMA’s International Medical Graduates Section, (9,000 members) in 2002-2003. He also served as Treasurer and Chairman of Finance Committee on the TMA Foundation for 7 years and was a member on its Board of Trustees for nine years

In addition to his medical affiliations, Dr. Shroff is an active participant in several charitable and other non-profit organizations, including the National Kidney Foundation, United Ostomy Association, and the United Way of Midland. He is a founding member of the Hindu Association of West Texas and served as its President in 1982 and Chairman for seven years.
